- I understand you offer a custom design service. How do I request this?

- How much does your custom design service cost?
- In addition to the standard cost of the my memo-boards, which is based on size, and finish, I charge £5 for my custom service. This small cost is required to cover materials and my time.
- What delivery options are available and how much do they cost?
- I provide Standard delivery free of charge on all items. If required, I can provide Next day delivery however this will incur a small charge.
- If I'm not 100% satisfied with the product can I get my money back?
- Yes, as long as the item is returned within 14 days and in the same condition it arrived in, I will happily refund the sale cost of the item. Unfortunately at this stage I am unable to refund any delivery charges incurred.
- Are you able to make a board if I provide the material and design?
- Absolutely, and best of all my custom service is available at a nominal cost of £5 (in addition to the price of the memo board itself). Simply fill in my contact form and I'll be in touch to discuss your individual requirements.
- How often do you add new memo board designs?
- It's my intention to add 1 or 2 new designs every couple of weeks, maybe more around special occasions such as Christmas.
- How protected are the memo boards when shipped?
- All memo boards are first packaged into a clear polythene bag, and supported by surrounding cardboard. If in the unlikely event that the memo board is damaged during shipping I will of course reimburse both the unit cost and delivery charges, or otherwise provide you with a suitable replacement.
